How much can an e-book really help? While reading the ebook “Quit Procrastination” by Hellen Buttigieg, I asked myself that question. 

While reading it, she spelled out the very reasons and methods I use while procrastinating. I thought, Okay maybe there is something to this. 

I committed to doing one of the tips suggested in the book (the 15 minute brain trick) I looked at my work space that I had been avoiding and started the timer! Okay it ended up taking 25 minutes to complete the clean up AND it is done. A simple tip that I will be using again for sure.
